Hot Lunches which were pre-purchased for March 20, May 1 and May 29 have been refunded. You should see items reimbursed from your point of purchase (credit card or echeque) posted back within 10 days. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the office. April 9, 2020 Dear Parents/Guardians:

COVID-19 has deeply impacted our school communities and changed the way we educate students. Over the last few weeks, our schools have been focused on the needs of students and the transition to at-home learning. It is time to turn our attention to this new reality where programs, options and activities that were planned for our students are no longer able to take place. Many parents have already paid for these activities and are now out of pocket the funds. Refunds will be processed in three phases and will follow the methods outlined below, dependent on how the initial payment was made.

Phase One Timelines: March 16, 2020 – ongoing Fees to be refunded: Field Trips In-school events Pre-paid hot-lunch programs (select schools) Additional comments: Cancelled travel plans must be submitted through the travel insurance policy and may not be reimbursed until the insurance claim has been processed. Please have patience. Delays are expected due to the high volume of insurance claims being processed world-wide due to COVID-19.
